Skills / Qualifications / requirements:
- Minimum one year experience.
- Provide research and documentation support to the Operations team for their strategic initiatives.
- Ability to perform primary research by interviewing and reviewing documentation.
- Ability to perform secondary research using paid reports and internet sources.
- Understanding of the IT industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Ability to create presentations and reports using MS Office.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline or any specialization.
